Condor Cold Storage was formed in 2019 in partnership with Brookhollow, a three generation family owned company.  In the early years of commercial real estate investing in the 1970s, relationships meant everything.  And our philosophy is that they still do today.

The cold chain isn’t something often thought about.  In fact, it is largely taken for granted.  

That is the way it had always been until the COVID-19 pandemic.  Finally, the cold storage industry which we had worked so hard in for many years became front-page news.  Friends, family members, and colleagues would ask us questions about the cold chain – what was happening with inventory?  When would food distribution normalize?  What would happen with the distribution of critical medicines?
