We are actively growing our portfolio.
We are looking to acquire (1) vacant, (2) leased / build-to-suit, and (3) sale-leaseback cold storage properties in the $5M to $50M+ size range within 50 miles of the Top U.S. MSAs with the following characteristics:
1990 construction and newer
refrigeration installed within last 15 years or expertly maintained since installation
logical rectangular layouts with efficient process flow preferred
minimum 10% improved with temperature controlled space or food production infrastructure
minimum 24' clear height
serving grocery, food service, perishable e-commerce, food / beverage production, or other perishable product logistics industry
