Condor Cold Storage was formed in partnership with Brookhollow, a real estate investment firm with over 50 years of company history and more than $1 billion in investments since its inception. Founded by James R. Knapp in 1973, Brookhollow is a three-generation company with a long-term and relationship-focused mindset. Brookhollow applies its expertise, relationships, and best-in-class team toward Condor's targeted business plan.
AEW Capital Management is an institutional real estate investment firm with $80B in assets under management globally. In joint venture partnership, AEW and Condor Cold Storage have completed well over $200M in cold storage projects, with over $100M in successfully exited investments since inception. AEW has a longstanding relationship with Brookhollow dating back to the 1970s beginning with Brookhollow Founder Jim Knapp.
