Condor Cold Storage was formed in 2019 in partnership with Brookhollow, a three-generation family-owned company. In the early years of commercial real estate investing in the 1970s, relationships meant everything. And our philosophy is that they still do today. Not only does having great industry relationships make work more fun, but we think it is also good business.
Every deal is ultimately built on trust, and repeat business can only happen when a relationship is present.
We will always prioritize repeat business over a one-time transaction. We are fortunate to work with some of the best individuals in the cold storage and real estate investment industries, and we highly value these relationships – including equity partners, debt providers, developers, tenants, brokers, contractors, service providers, and others.
We aim to make ourselves reasonable and enjoyable to work with, and seek others in the industry who view the world the same way. This has been an advantage of Brookhollow's since its founding in 1973, and has become a core principle within Condor Cold Storage's focused investment strategy.
